A 30-minute interactive class, each focussing on a different aspect of Qigong to relax the body and mind. Using Ba Duan Jin, 5 Element Qigong, Seated Qigong, 5 Animal Frolics and Qigong with Music. Each designed with a range of exercises to improve mobility, breathing and focus. Open to beginners and those with more experience.
