I enjoy attending this class, the other attendees are all very friendly and there are no cliques. Jeremy, the instructor is excellent and adds variety to the sessions with different “Features” each week.
I had multiple by-passes in 1996 and then developed arthritis. I started attending Tai Chi Qi Gong sessions in 1997 and I’m sure that Tai Chi has kept me active since then. Tai Chi has helped me with breathing exercises, helped balance blood pressure, helped maintain my physical balance and kept me flexible. There is also an element of meditation in the Tai Chi Form.

I very much look forward to and enjoy the session in Jeremy’s Tai Chi Qi Gong class as apart from benefitting from the content of the class, it is a sociable and pleasant way of spending time with nice people. I have been attending Tai Chi Classes for many years and have found over time how they have helped me considerably to relax with breathing exercises, improve my balance, control my blood pressure and generally be more flexible – and you’re never too old to take it up!

Jeremy’s class promotes a very good atmosphere with all the students who attend. There is plenty of variety from week to week and also time is given to practise all the moves we learn. Tai Chi is an excellent exercise to do to improve balance, strength and breathing, and Jeremy is very knowledgeable about how the body works. It was the first exercise I returned to after having a full hip replacement, and I found I made steady improvements with the strength in my hip and thigh muscles plus other muscles too! Our group has a great sense of humour, so our class is great fun!
