A 30-minute online interactive Qigong class to build and develop Qi through coordinated movement and breathing.
Each session focusses on a different aspects of Qigong: Ba Duan Jin, Seated Qigong, Shibashi, 5 Elements and Qigong with Music. All following the same principles of regulating the body, the breath and the mind.
Qigong exercises are easy to learn but take a lifetime to perfect.
Suitable for Beginners or more experienced practitioners.
