30-minute online interactive classes focussing on the 8-Step Tai Chi form and the Yang Short-Form.
The 8-Step form is a compact Yang-style form that uses key steps from the traditional, longer Yang forms and the 24-Step Form. All the movements are repeated on both left and right sides of the body and the sequence requires only a small space in which to practice.
The Yang Short-Form was created by the legendary Chen Man Ch’ing and is only ‘short’ by comparison with the older, ‘long’ version. There is some overlap with the 8-Step, but there are new steps to learn too.
