Shibashi Set 3 consists of 18 exercises that are intended as a sequence.
This video library includes 18 videos – each one exploring an individual exercise, breaking the moves down to make them easier to learn.
Some exercises are more complex than others so we have classified them as Low / Medium / High.
You can learn the exercises in any order and practice them individually or your can put them together as a sequence. The transitions between exercises are included within the tutorials.
