A 30-minute online interactive Qigong class to build and develop Qi through coordinated movement and breathing.
Each session focusses on a different aspect of Qigong: Ba Duan Jin, Seated Qigong, Shibashi and Qigong with Music. All following the same principles of regulating the body, the breath and the mind.
Qigong exercises are easy to learn but take a lifetime to perfect.
Suitable for Beginners or more experienced practitioners.
