A 30-minute online interactive Qigong class to build and develop Qi through coordinated movement and breathing.
Using the Ba Duan Jin Qigong exercises and Shibashi sets 1 and 2 both individually and in flowing sequences. The movements improve joint mobility, increase breath capacity and a relaxed but focused state of mind.
Each session focusses on a different aspects of Qigong: Ba Duan Jin, Seated Qigong, 5 Element Qigong, 5 Animal Frolics and Qigong with Music. All following the same principles of regulating the body, the breath and the mind.
Qigong exercises are easy to learn but take a lifetime to perfect. Suitable for Beginners or more experienced practitioners.
