Yangsheng Gong (Shi Er Fa) – Seated
Yangsheng Gong is a set of 12 Qigong exercises that can be done in a seated or standing position but here we focus just on the seated version. Each exercise challenges different aspects of co-ordination and control and gently mobilises all the joints of the upper body.
The video below begins with the set-up of posture, breathing and awareness in preparation for the full set of exercises with commentary and teaching points to guide you through each one. The session lasts 25 minutes.
