A 1-hour class that focusses on Qigong to develop the breathing and movement skills that cultivate Qi in the body for better health and well-being. These principles are then used to introduce the more complex movements found in Yang-style Tai Chi.

Suitable for complete Beginners and for those with some experience of Tai Chi and Qigong.

Classes can be booked as a block of 6 sessions – a ‘Term‘ but you can also book sessions individually by selecting the date from the table below.

    Having recently returned to Jeremy’s in-person classes (after a long unintended period away), I’ve instantly reaped the benefits – feeling physically stronger and achieving more controlled breathing. Despite grappling with some recent balance issues, with Jeremy’s guidance, I’m fully able to participate in both Qi Gong and Tai Chi. Highly recommended and seriously underrated within the Western world.
