The Tai Chi class is taken by Jeremy. He is calm and patient and an excellent teacher of the Tai Chi form. The classes are enjoyable and he breaks down the moves so that they are easier to learn. I have found that the classes not only benefit me physically – making me aware of my posture and balance but also mentally. It helps me feel relaxed and calm. I would say it improves my general well being. I would really recommend the class.

Jeremy is an excellent teacher and always patient, even when I forget which is left or right! I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis a few years ago which affected my balance and I have noticed quite an improvement since starting the class.
