Qigong for Health – Single Session

An introduction to Tai Chi and Qigong – learning the fundamental principles of movement, breathing and mental focus to start feeling the health benefits of the discipline. Featuring simple exercises and sequences to improve posture, range and quality of movement and achieve a calm, focussed mind.

Suitable for all ages (18+) and all physical conditions. Exercises can be done in a seated or standing position.

Time: Tuesdays, 8 – 9 pm

Venue: The Uxbridge Centre

Date: Choose individual session dates from the table below, or book for the whole term.

A 1-hour class that focusses on Qigong to develop the breathing and movement skills that cultivate Qi in the body for better health and well-being. These principles are then used to introduce the more complex movements found in Yang-style Tai Chi.

Suitable for complete Beginners and for those with some experience of Tai Chi and Qigong.
